Issue: All the lights are “OFF” on the device. When attempted to power ON (press momentarily), the device does not turn ON.

Solution 1: Device needs to be activated. Complete one-time activation here.

Solution 2: Device needs to be charged. Charge the device, the battery indicator should be full. It will blink when battery is low and needs to be recharged.

Solution 3: Unplug the device from the charger. As a safety precaution, the Tria 4x will not work when plugged in to the charger.
